Michelle has worked in the financial services industry since 1998. She began her career in the finance sector before transitioning into financial planning. Michelle worked for Outlook Financial Solutions and Shadforth Financial Group, where she spent 9 years honing her skills as an adviser and improving financial outcomes for her clients.
For the past 5 years Michelle has specialised in Corporate Super, helping companies find the right superannuation plan for their employees. She works with employers, to design a robust and attractive employee benefits package that includes a tailored superannuation arrangement, coupled with a support structure that offers employees continued education on financial matters and access to financial advice.
Michelle’s passion and motivation is to educate and improve the financial literacy of our corporate clients’ employees. This can give them the confidence to make informed financial decisions that could greatly improve their lifestyle at retirement.
As well as meeting individually with clients, Michelle has a national role within Lifestyle, where she leads education seminars around Australia.
The energy and professionalism Michelle puts towards great client outcomes is balanced by a dedication to wellbeing and family; she loves spending time outdoors on the NSW South Coast at every opportunity.
