Zvi combines a proactive attitude to advice with innate leadership qualities to deliver personal and professional advice as well build and manage a high performing team at Priority.
In the role of Financial Adviser, Zvi advises and guides his clients on all financial matters to help them reach their life goals. Zvi strives to stay at the forefront of developments and innovation in investment portfolio construction, intergenerational wealth transfer, and asset protection.
In leading Priority, Zvi’s far reaching vision is to build and maintain one Australia’s most trusted financial services companies, particularly on the North Shore of Sydney, providing intelligent and valuable advice to more and more clients.
Outside of work, Zvi is a celebrated vocalist and Cantor for the North Shore Synagogue. He also has held a number of board and leadership positions with community organisations. While Zvi’s passion for music dominates much of his interest outside of work, his greatest joy is being is spending time with his busy and active family.

With a background in accounting, finance, client administration and office management Nicole is currently our Manager of Operations and Finance. Joining Priority in 2013 she brings close to 30 years of experience in Financial Services and is particularly focused on streamlining our processes, managing our administration team and ensuring the highest quality of client service. Always on the lookout for better ways of doing things and utilising technology, Nicole ensures we keep pace with the ever-changing financial services landscape.
When away from work, Nicole enjoys keeping fit, spending time with family and renovating property. She regularly does long distance walks for charity up to 40km in distance and is equally comfortable in work boots building decks and pergolas.

Charmaine utilises her in-depth Human Resources background to manage the team and clients daily. No day is the same at Priority as Charmaine makes sure to go above and beyond for both staff and clients. Providing positive client and workplace experiences are the drivers to Charmaine’s daily activities. Charmaine values the principles that make the company unique and she has seen the business grow and flourish. It’s the human touch and attention to detail provided by each member that she believes sets Priority apart from other professional services firms.
When not at the office, spending time with her family, walks along Dee Why Beach and time at the gym are what invigorate her.
Gareth Hall

Gareth began his career in financial services in 1990 following a major health crisis that led to a profound change in his personal and professional goals. A desire to assist families to avoid the heartache of financial loss motivated this career change, from mechanical engineering into financial planning and advice, and Gareth and his wife Carmel founded Lifestyle Financial Services in 1994. He then guided Lifestyle through nearly thirty years of growth into a premier holistic financial planning and corporate superannuation services firm, and remains a key figure since Lifestyle’s merger with Priority Advisory Group.
Gareth is a founding member and former Treasurer of the Workplace Super Specialists Australia (WSSA), an association that represents advisory businesses that specialise in corporate superannuation, and has been involved with all the WSSA activities since its formation in 2009. Gareth enjoys bicycle touring (particularly on country roads), travel, most things to do with cars and motorcycles, great food and good wine.
David Gibson

David has spent over 20 years in the financial markets realm in Senior Management roles with National Australia Bank (Sydney, Melbourne, Tokyo, Brisbane and Singapore) and 3½ years in Auckland with the Bank of New Zealand. Joining Priority in 2003, he now focusses on the operation of other investment markets to assist clients with creating strategies aimed at their objectives.
David leads with a “quality-over-quantity” approach when establishing relationships with his clients. He is confident that sound advice and direction will follow when strategies are created based on a thorough and complete knowledge of a client’s financial affairs. This pragmatic and clear-thinking approach is underpinned by a solid understanding of financial risk.
David is philosophical about the benefits and challenges of having lived and worked interstate and overseas. He recognises that each move has brought new opportunities and a broader perspective of life to himself and his family. Away from the office, David spends time with family and friends. Following several years in senior marketing roles in the corporate world, Terry made the switch to financial advice in 2001. A number of years at AFM Advisers, including an ascent to partnership in 2010 and appointment as Managing Director in 2012, preceded a merger with Lifestyle Financial Services in 2017. Terry then played an important role in Lifestyle’s merger with Priority Advisory Group in 2023, all while maintaining long-standing relationships with his private clients and corporate super fund clients.
Terry is keenly focused on helping clients plan well for retirement, ensuring they have sufficient funds to enable them to fully enjoy the lifestyle they envision for themselves.
Terry has previously held the role of President of the Workplace Super Specialists Australia (WSSA), an association formed to support financial practices to provide better services and financial education to workplace employees.
In his down time, he and his wife Leslie are keen sailors who enjoy cruising and racing on Sydney Harbour.
Kieren James

Starting as a paraplanner in 1999, Kieren quickly moved into the realm of technical advice and became a Certified Financial Planner CFP® in 2002. Since then, Kieren has devoted himself to helping people achieve their life goals through professional, holistic, and strategic financial advice.
Kieren specialises in superannuation, retirement planning, investment management and personal risk insurance, as well as the architecture and delivery of corporate services including workplace financial education and executive engagement programs. Kieren brings a wealth of experience as a finance professional and senior manager in these areas having worked for various groups including IOOF, Shadforth Financial Group, Outlook Financial Solutions, Gallagher Benefit Services and Plan B Wealth Management.
When he’s not working hard with his clients, Kieren seeks out travel and adventure, having represented Australia in elite competitive skydiving and holds various national and world records in the sport.

Originally from England, Dan completed a Master of Physics degree at Manchester University in 2014. After travelling Europe, Asia and North America, he started his financial planning career in Canada and then moved to Australia in 2018 with his partner. Dan has completed a Diploma in Financial Planning and Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning.
Dan is passionate about delivering impactful and valued advice designed to enhance clients’ lifestyles. He will help clients to understand their current situation and then help to define, develop and achieve future goals.
In addition, Dan is a STEPS accredited specialist in aged care financial advice allowing him to help clients and their loved ones make the best choices when accessing home care, retirement villages and residential aged care.
When not working Dan enjoys being outdoors. You will often see him on the local ski hills as he is a keen skier and snowboarder, or in the Blue Mountains trying rock climbing.
Chris Fitzgerald

Chris began his career as a Chartered Accountant specialising in Taxation before moving into Finance Manager roles within the Banking & Financial services industry in Australia and the UK. He is interested in behavioural finance and conscious that humans can make emotional decisions when dealing with their own money. Chris believes in value of investing and that a trusted adviser can simplify options and provide the confidence and resolve to be positive about the future. A father of 2 young daughters, Chris appreciates there are many facets to overall health and wellbeing. Jina holds a Bachelor of Commerce/Science (Accounting/Biotechnology) and a Master of Commerce degree (International Finance). Jina has completed a Diploma of Financial Planning.
Away from work Jina enjoys spending time with her family, exercising and traveling. She also loves camping and off roading with friends and families.

Richard has worked in the financial services industry since 2010, and has been a licensed Financial Adviser since 2015. Richard also focuses on providing his clients ongoing education, long-term financial wellbeing, and the peace of mind that their money is working for them. Over his career, he has provided goals-based financial advice to clients at various stages of life with varying needs, levels of wealth and objectives.
Outside of the office, Richard spends his time with his young family and enjoys an outdoor lifestyle around his home on the Central Coast. He loves his sport and is an avid Liverpool FC fan, he enjoys coaching his twin boys’ soccer team and hopes one day they’ll play for Liverpool themselves!
Jenny Moskvin

Jenny has worked in Financial Services, primarily in the Wealth Management Industry, for over 15 years before making the decision to move into Financial Planning. She completed a Masters of Applied Finance (Financial Planning) whilst working for an independent advisory firm to gain experience in this area.
Jenny previously held several positions in the sales and distribution team working with Financial Advisers and dealer groups in Key Account Management and as a Business Development Manager for clients at BT Financial Group and Westpac Institutional Bank.
Following this, a career break and relocation to Singapore allowed Jenny to further pursue her studies and start a family. She later returned to Australia and undertook her Professional Year towards the path of becoming a financial planner.
In her spare time Jenny enjoys socialising with friends and family, keeps fit and energised by running and strength training, and relishes the challenge of balancing work, study and family time.

Alissia Denly

Alissia has worked in the financial services industry for over 20 years, with much of her career with the Priority team, having worked her way up to become the financial adviser she is today. Alissia has completed her Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning and the Aged Care STEPs accreditation. She is also a NSW JP (Justice of the Peace).
As an adviser, Alissia understands families are time poor and need to “get it done”. She is motivated to help her clients address their top-of-mind issues, articulate their financial goals and objectives, highlight any potential financial blind spots, and provide personalised strategies and options in an easy-to-understand way. Alissia recognises the squeeze on multi-generational families and has a keen interest in assisting families with aging parents in seeking assistance to manage their financial affairs, accessing home care services, downsizing, retirement villages or higher need residential aged care.

Michelle has worked in the financial services industry since 1998, commencing her career in the finance sector before transitioning into financial planning. She has carved out a niche for Corporate Super, helping companies find the right superannuation plan for their employees. This involves working with employers, to design a robust and attractive employee benefits package that includes a tailored superannuation arrangement, coupled with a support structure that offers employees continued education on financial matters and access to financial advice.
Michelle’s passion and motivation is to educate and improve the financial literacy of our corporate clients’ employees, giving them the confidence to make informed financial decisions to greatly improve their lifestyle at retirement. As well as meeting individually with clients, Michelle also leads education seminars around Australia.

Nick Weiss

Nick has over 25 years’ financial services experience, and commenced working in the industry with Fay Richwhite on the Sydney Futures Exchange in 1987. During his career, Nick has held various senior operational and commercial roles at Lend Lease, MLC, Godfrey Pembroke, Medfin, NAB Asset Management and Perennial Value Management. He was also a foundation team member of Plum Financial Services and nabInvest.
Nick joined Priority in June 2022, and is currently completing his Professional Year in order to become a fully authorised financial planner as well as servicing Priority clients as a Customer Service Manager. Nick’s aspiration is to utilise his vast industry skills and experience to help people achieve their financial goals, with a focus on helping clients with retirement planning.

Relocating from South Africa to Australia saw Gina transition from the legal sector into a Client Relationship role at Priority. Working closely with colleagues and clients, her legal experience facilitates her keeping abreast of the changes in legislation in a constantly evolving environment, enabling her to contribute to the Priority workplace.
The Priority culture fosters the instilling of strong family values which contribute to having a positive impact on not only clients but colleagues too – something Gina strongly identifies with and which permeate her surroundings.
Freshwater Beach is a favourite location for Gina and her family to frequent. Psychological thrillers or crime novels populate her reading list.
Khrishelle Santillan

Khrishelle has worked in the Accounting and Auditing sector for 4 years, and applies the knowledge gathered from her Management Accounting degree and experience in the accounting and auditing field to her role as CRM at Priority.
Khrishelle is a lifelong learner, and particularly enjoys working with mathematical formulas and designing Excel spreadsheets. When she’s not at work, she loves spending time with her family and loved ones, as well as swimming in the ocean, landscape photography, reading books, and watching movies.

Our Client Services Manager Claire holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, majoring in Financial Management, and has a passion for numbers and loves managing finances. Several years working across various Customer Service Associate and similar roles has given Claire the industry knowledge, administrative experience, and data entry skills that she now applies to her role as a Client Services Manager at Priority.
When Claire isn’t working hard to look after our wonderful clients, she’s a supermum! Spending time with family, especially her daughter, is Claire’s ultimate go-to after work. She also like reading books, particularly a range of fiction genres, and experimental cooking which she finds through surfing YouTube videos.
Jeko Delantes

Prior to Joining Priority, Jeko worked in the insurance sector for a number of years, gaining vast experience in obtaining insurance information, breakdown of insurance coverage and accumulations, as well as claim and appeal reviews. Jeko’s great attention to detail and resilience in dealing with insurance providers has given him invaluable experience and knowledge in the insurance sector to apply to his role as Client Relationship Manager at Priority.
When he’s not working hard for our clients, Jeko enjoys cooking, spending quality time with his family and friends, and is also a keen basketballer and swimmer.

Following his studies in Business Administration (majoring in Marketing Management), Josh discovered his true passion for making others’ lives a little bit easier. With that in mind, he worked for seven years as a Customer Service Representative assisting customers and clients over the phone, developing a solid foundation of communication skills to add to his ever-growing repertoire. Josh brings this experience and dedication to fantastic customer service to his role at Priority Advisory Group, enjoying the opportunity to support the admin team and make a meaningful contribution to our internal processes and client service.

Dan is passionate about delivering impactful and valued advice designed to enhance clients’ lifestyles. He will help clients to understand their current situation and then help to define, develop and achieve future goals.
In addition, Dan is a STEPS accredited specialist in aged care financial advice allowing him to help clients and their loved ones make the best choices when accessing home care, retirement villages and residential aged care.
When not working Dan enjoys being outdoors. You will often see him on the local ski hills as he is a keen skier and snowboarder, or in the Blue Mountains trying rock climbing.
Jina Bao

Jina has worked in the Financial Service Industry for nearly 9 years and started her career in financial planning in 2017 as associate financial adviser and financial adviser. She joined Priority in 2022.
As a financial adviser, Jina is passionate about working with and helping her clients to meet their lifestyle and financial goals through the provision of individualised financial solutions.
Jina holds a Bachelor of Commerce/Science (Accounting/Biotechnology) and a Master of Commerce degree (International Finance). Jina has completed a Diploma of Financial Planning.
Away from work Jina enjoys spending time with her family, exercising and traveling. She also loves camping and off roading with friends and families.

As a Financial adviser with a special interest in Life Risk Insurance, Greg has over 20 years in the Financial Services industry, and enjoys working with a broad range of clients and securing their wealth for the long-term. He builds on his Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning and Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) with invaluable experience in helping clients manage risk and look after their hard-earned wealth.
In his free time, Greg enjoys going to the gym and spending time with his family.
Nicole Hermann

Manager - Operations & Client Service
With a background in accounting, finance, client administration and office management Nicole is currently our Manager of Operations and Finance. Joining Priority in 2013 she brings close to 30 years of experience in Financial Services and is particularly focused on streamlining our processes, managing our administration team and ensuring the highest quality of client service. Always on the lookout for better ways of doing things and utilising technology, Nicole ensures we keep pace with the ever-changing financial services landscape.
When away from work, Nicole enjoys keeping fit, spending time with family and renovating property. She regularly does long distance walks for charity up to 40km in distance and is equally comfortable in work boots building decks and pergolas.
Charmaine Israel

Charmaine utilises her in-depth Human Resources background to manage the team and clients daily. No day is the same at Priority as Charmaine makes sure to go above and beyond for both staff and clients. Providing positive client and workplace experiences are the drivers to Charmaine’s daily activities. Charmaine values the principles that make the company unique and she has seen the business grow and flourish. It’s the human touch and attention to detail provided by each member that she believes sets Priority apart from other professional services firms.
When not at the office, spending time with her family, walks along Dee Why Beach and time at the gym are what invigorate her.
Gina Silver

Relocating from South Africa to Australia saw Gina transition from the legal sector into a Client Relationship role at Priority. Working closely with colleagues and clients, her legal experience facilitates her keeping abreast of the changes in legislation in a constantly evolving environment, enabling her to contribute to the Priority workplace.
The Priority culture fosters the instilling of strong family values which contribute to having a positive impact on not only clients but colleagues too – something Gina strongly identifies with and which permeate her surroundings.
Freshwater Beach is a favourite location for Gina and her family to frequent. Psychological thrillers or crime novels populate her reading list.
David Goldberg

In line with the Priority ethos of integrity, trust, respect, compassion and loyalty, David’s experience over 15 years allows him to listen to clients with his ‘eyes and heart’. A history in varying back office and frontline roles with Deutsche Bank, Perpetual Investments, CFS Property, FINSIA and Braxton Chase has equipped him with the skills to understand a client’s past, their current status and future needs. With this he can provide the necessary support in assisting to preserve and create financial wealth for clients.
With strong family values, David hopes to be a positive role model for his children, family & friends. Outside of work he spends his time learning more about his ancestry, as well as involving himself in various sports, photography, cooking, good food, wine, coffee and whisky.
Khrishelle Santillan
Client Services Manager
Khrishelle has worked in the Accounting and Auditing sector for 4 years, and applies the knowledge gathered from her Management Accounting degree and experience in the accounting and auditing field to her role as CRM at Priority.
Khrishelle is a lifelong learner, and particularly enjoys working with mathematical formulas and designing Excel spreadsheets. When she’s not at work, she loves spending time with her family and loved ones, as well as swimming in the ocean, landscape photography, reading books, and watching movies.
Joanna Estilo
Client Services Manager
Joanna has been working in admin and finance for the past 6 years. She also took up the challenge of a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Financial Management, and her experience has developed her skills as a Client Services Manager at Priority. She enjoys solving problems and analyzing data, and loves financial planning as it’s not just about the numbers, it always includes people and how Priority supports them in achieving their goals in the future.
Outside of work, Joanna enjoys going on holiday, and outdoor activities like hiking and camping. She also devotes time to charitable works, including volunteering in her community for things like feeding programs, tree-planting, toy drives for kids in the local orphanage, and coastal clean-up campaigns.
Jeko Delantes
Client Services Manager
Prior to Joining Priority, Jeko worked in the insurance sector for a number of years, gaining vast experience in obtaining insurance information, breakdown of insurance coverage and accumulations, as well as claim and appeal reviews. Jeko’s great attention to detail and resilience in dealing with insurance providers has given him invaluable experience and knowledge in the insurance sector to apply to his role as Client Relationship Manager at Priority.
When he’s not working hard for our clients, Jeko enjoys cooking, spending quality time with his family and friends, and is also a keen basketballer and swimmer.
Claire Lupo
Client Services Manager
Our Client Services Manager Claire holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, majoring in Financial Management, and has a passion for numbers and loves managing finances. Several years working across various Customer Service Associate and similar roles has given Claire the industry knowledge, administrative experience, and data entry skills that she now applies to her role as a Client Services Manager at Priority.
When Claire isn’t working hard to look after our wonderful clients, she’s a supermum! Spending time with family, especially her daughter, is Claire’s ultimate go-to after work. She also like reading books, particularly a range of fiction genres, and experimental cooking which she finds through surfing YouTube videos.
Rob Hustler

A qualified accountant, Rob has over 30 years of comprehensive knowledge and experience in the financial planning and advice industry. Before joining Priority in 2009, he held Senior Management roles with ABN Amro Australia and JP Morgan, as well as serving as Director of Foreign Exchange for Macquarie Bank.
Rob’s experience serves him well at a personal level in providing quality strategic advice incorporating investments, insurance, estate planning, structuring and financial modelling to suit clients’ individual needs. Trust is critical when advising clients on financial matters and this sees Rob nurturing and developing partnerships that are continuing and valued. This lends itself to him thriving in the Priority culture of respect and unity.
Recreationally, Rob relishes his twice weekly golf rounds, enjoys the outdoors and spends time with his family.
Michael MacQuillan

Michael’s edge in the Financial Services field stems from over 30 years of experience. Merging his firm with Priority in 2008 has seen the company strengthen exponentially.
Michael retired from Priority Advisory Group in his capacity as Financial Adviser in July 2021, however as Michael has been such a committed and loyal team member and Adviser he maintains a close relationship with Priority Advisory Group, our team and our clients. Michael makes himself available to continue to impart his wisdom and knowledge for the betterment of the Group.
Michael has a deep sense of community having volunteered with the Rotary Club of Chatswood for over 25 years. He has helped organise numerous projects and events for causes close to his heart. A keen golfer, he plays regularly.
